Cumbria, CA18 1ST. Telephone: 01229 717232.
Muncaster Water Mill has been producing
flour since at least 1455. Ernie and Pam Priestley continue the
tradition and operate the mill, using the early 19th century machinery
to produce a wide range of organic stoneground flour which is
for sale in the Mill Tea Shop. Join in a mill tour, see the old
machinery working and learn how the flour is produced, then try
out our home baked scones and famous bran cake ( using Muncaster
flour of course ) with a tea or coffee in the Tea Shop. Buy some
organic stoneground flour and bake some yourself. |
